Booking & Payment
How do we reserve our date?+
Submit the inquiry form with your date, venue and preferred experience. We confirm availability first, then provide the appropriate next step and proposal.
Is a deposit required?+
A reservation deposit may be required to secure the date. The exact amount, payment schedule and cancellation terms will be stated clearly in your proposal or agreement.
Can we add time or services later?+
Often, yes—provided the additional time, equipment and staff remain available. Request changes as early as possible so they can be confirmed in writing.
Event Day & Venue
Is an attendant included?+
Yes. Every experience includes a professional attendant or operator who guides guests and keeps the setup running smoothly.
How much space is required?+
Most booth experiences need at least a 10 ft × 10 ft area. The LED Infinity Dance Floor requires a larger, level installation area and coordinated venue access.
Do you work outdoors?+
Outdoor service may be possible with a level surface, suitable shelter, reliable power and safe weather conditions. Final approval depends on the venue and forecast.
How early do you arrive?+
Arrival and setup time depend on the selected service, venue access and event schedule. The confirmed production timeline will be coordinated before event day.
Guest Experience
Can guests receive photos or videos instantly?+
Yes. Depending on the service and venue connectivity, guests can receive media by text, email or QR code.
Are props included?+
Props are included with applicable booth experiences. The final selection may vary based on the event style and package.
Can the visuals match our event?+
Yes. Custom overlays, templates and branding can be created to coordinate with weddings, corporate identities and event themes.
Are prints available?+
Print options may be available for the DSLR Photo Booth. Quantities, sizes and delivery details should be confirmed in your proposal.
Travel & Service Area
How far do you travel?+
We are based in the Lacey–Olympia area and serve events throughout Washington, including Tumwater, Tacoma, Seattle and surrounding communities. Travel details are confirmed with the venue.
What types of events do you serve?+
Weddings, corporate events, birthdays, graduations, school dances, fashion shows, galas, community events and private celebrations.
What happens if venue requirements change?+
Contact us as soon as possible. We will review access, power, space and schedule changes and confirm whether the production plan needs to be adjusted.
